Lots to chew over there - literally! - and I do wonder if it's worth the hassle, but we have enough room for a large root system and I certainly seem to get trapped growing fringe plants, or at least plants that are considered fringe out here...

I've just harvested Horseradish after three years of growing it and have enough to supply a small hotel for a month! This in a country where at least 50% of the folk have never tasted it!

Now if I can just get a balance between supply and consumption...
