Mild Case of Roundup.

Due to some other threads about folks asking what is wrong with their plants I did this last weekend.
It is roundup sprayed right before a surprise rainstorm.
Some would see the black on the leaves and say too much nitrogen.
Others would say iron deficiency.
Some would say roundup.
All sorts of things.
The point is that it is darn hard to tell sometimes.

Yes it is and I tried to kill it.
I was spraying and it came a rain storm.
My next move is a machete tomorrow morning while it is cool.
I just cant chance any drift onto my garden or anyone else's.

Tried the machete and it is too much work and I dont want to get bit by a snake.
Went back to a stream of roundup that isn't floating in the wind.
Besides the wind is in the right direction today.
This weed patch has been bugging me for years.

That's good to know.
I should have used it when they first came up.
This weed is a nightmare down here.

When I was growing hundreds of tomato plants at the old farm,charley,my farmer friend would arrive at the crack of dawn and spray Roundup on his tomato plants and mine, and did it then before there was no wind and chance of drift.

BUT,occasionally there was a bit of drift that affected some of my plants and I remember that the foliage turned white,I really do,let me check

Ok, it looks like it was yellow,but it's only the second error I've made in the last 30-40 years,so that's the good part as I see it.
