In December, January, February and March, I am going behind the stove to stay warm.

An April Fools Day joke played on us...one inch of snow on the ground and still snowing medium hard. 2-3 more inches on the way. Only thirty more days to planting?

Heard that our March was colder than February this year! No warming trend in sight through mid-April. Tonight 2-6" of snow, depending on the forecaster. Latest start ever for me.

The proverb goes on: I will still be there in April (Duben ještě tam budem). I hope this will not pay this year.

What they say here, if March comes in like a lion, it'll go out like a lamb. And vice versa, if the weather is good first of March, it will be bad at the end ie go out like a lion! This year we started with a lion and it's been colder and snowier than the rest of the winter, but yesterday 10 C (although raining) and today it's 6C and sunny, although westerlies are gusting in the 70's kph. Anything above freezing, I guess we'll call it a lamb.
There are some colder days in the forecast, though... fingers crossed it will be fit to plant my tomatoes in the greenhouse sometime soon after the 15th...

Just had a wee snow shower here. Not the first Easter Sunday to do that.

We are currently overcast, had a good enough spattering of rain to mess up my plans to dig in the dirt today; digging will just make it clod up badly, LOL. Cool and damp, but warmer than you all with snow!

3-4 foot piles of snow [still] along both sides of the driveway, and it does not look like we'll resume melting until next Saturday.

We had good weather today too, hubby painted the garage eve siding and all the trim under and upper from the front porch to over the garage. There is a much better look to the house now, I never liked the dark trim this house had when we moved in. Hopefully we will continue to have good weather to get more painting done. I can paint from about midway of the siding to the bottom, hopefully we will have good weather to get it done.

But what is it like in June-Sept? That is when I am glad to be where I am. But enjoy your wonderful weather now, it will still be a little while for us.

While I sure wish it didn't get so hot here in summer to fall, for me, better than when I lived in South Dakota in those winters!
