What is the recommended dilution of fish emulsion to use on seedlings that are under growing lights. I read that a lot of you use this to water seedlings from the bottom but have missed the dilution ratio of emulsion to water.

Not much experience here, but there is no other answer so here we go. I don't use fish emulsion until i put my plants out in the garden. When I put my in solo cups I use very good nursery potting soil, it has been adequate. Hope that helps, maybe you will here from a TV member that can help you more.

I use 1 tea sp. not TBS, per gal of water and BOTTOM water 1 week after pot up. If you use good potting soil you don`t need much fert. just a little energy boost. none is better than to much. IMO
