Default deficiency or disease

My robustly growing Sweet Ozark Orange has developed this foliar problem. Its not on lower branches. Its close to the tip. It seems like K deficiency pictures, but the description on those says that it starts on older mature leaves. While these are mature leaves, all the leaves at lower levels are fine, so not sure that its K deficiency

Is it a disease? How to treat it?

Thanks

I'm going with early blight even though its not on the lower leaves. Treat by removing the infected leaves, then spray with liquid copper fungicide, I use Southern Ag brand (at HD) and I have learned the hard way that more is NOT better with it. I now mix safely and EFFECTIVELY at the rate of 1/2 Tbsp per gallon.
When trimming off those infected leaves, don't forget to wipe your trimming tool with Lysol wipes or alcohol to disinfect between plants.

Thanks Marsha!

Removed all the infected leaves. Sprayed with copper. (I have been doing 1 oz per gallon without any adverse effects, but will go down a litttle bit) Whatever this is, has not transferred to neighboring plants. I do have another issue going on with a neighboring Indian Stripe PL . Here is a photo of the infected leaf from behind

The stem also shows some brown streaks

Here are all the leaves I took out ..

Are we still staying with early blight?

It looks like early blight to me.

Not all of it, but it does all look fungal. I think there is some grey mold too. Regardless, the copper spray will take care of it. You should probably be on a 7-10 repeating schedule to have good prevention.
