Does anyone have a seed potato source that will ship now ? Looking on the web people are out or don't ship until September. I want to plant now or soon to harvest this fall and winter.

Dont have one, but you can order at the normal time, and keep the seed tubers in a bright cool place and plant them around now. They will chit nicely without getting weird like they do in the dark.

If you can get some freshly harvested tubers, store in a fridge for a month, then remove from the fridge. They will eventually start sprouting.
I do not think many potato seed sellers will have much left at this point in the year. You could try contacting Curzio from the Kenosha Potato Project. I bet he still has some of last year's that have been in storage. |
